What is health
According  to world health organisation, health To Go or Not to Go Herbal, that is the Question here Many people nowadays are turning to organics and naturals otherwise known as herbals. The rising popularity of herbal supplements has created a new fad if not a new health lifestyle. But before you join the bandwagon, here are some things you need to know about this mean, green dietary supplementing machine. What is the difference between a drug and a dietary supplement? According to the definition set by food and drug administrations in different countries, drugs are chemicals that can prevent, prolong the life, treat other effects of a health condition, improve the quality of life, and/or cure ailments and diseases, or alter the function of any part or chemicals inside the body. These drugs have approved therapeutic claims. For example, paracetamol is a drug given to bring down the body temperature and aching in fever. Ascorbic acid is indicated for the treatment of scurvy. Iron supplements are given to treat mild cases of anemia. Herbal supplements are not classified as drugs but as dietary supplements. The main difference is that they do not have approved therapeutic claims unlike in the case of drugs. Moreover, dietary supplements could either contain vitamins, minerals, herbals, or amino acids, all aimed to add to or supplement the diet of an individual. They are not intended to be taken alone as a substitute to any food or medicine. Most of the manufactured medicines now have once came from animals and plants. Through the years, chemists isolated the life-saving or life-curing components and separated them from the harmful ones. This lead to the further drug research and drug development that lead to the production of a different variety of drugs for many ailments and conditions from synthetic sources. But still we have semi-synthetic drugs, as well as drug that more or less approximate more natural composition. Since herbal supplements are made from a mixture of crude herbs reduced into powder or gel form, and later on packaged as tablets and capsules, there is a possibility that life-threatening or at least body chemistry-altering components are still present, thus the expression of concern from the medical community. Is there a growing concern with the use of herbal supplements? Yes. With the rising popularity of using and consuming anything herbal or organic is the proliferation of fake herbal supplements that threaten to endanger lives. If that Is the case, then why are herbal supplements given  in drug administration approvals? One way of ensuring the safety of the people is to have all candidate drugs, food, drinks, and dietary supplements registered with the proper authority. Otherwise, they would pose more risk with these things being sold in the black market for a hefty sum. We could ensure the quality and safety of herbal supplements if they get proper classification with the food and drug administration. Moreover, people may be able to file the proper complaints in the event a worsening of health condition is proven to be linked to the use of a particular herbal supplement. Is using herbal supplements worth the risk? Yes. It cannot be discounted that many who have tried herbal supplements experienced an improvement in their healthówhether this is due to the herbals themselves or due to a placebo effect, as long as they do not worsen the condition of an individual, then using them is worth the risk. But of course, certain things must be considered before taking those herbal supplements: Your doctor knows best. First of all, clear your condition with your doctor. Ask him/her if taking a particular herbal supplement is safe given your health condition. People with heart, liver, or kidney trouble or malfunction, are usually not advised to take these, or at the minimum is to take these herbals in minimum amounts. All substances pass through the liver and kidney to be processed and filtered respectively. Kava, which is used to relieve people from stress, has been pulled out from the Canadian, Singaporean, and German markets because it contains substances that cause liver damage. Certain herbals such as Ephedra used for losing weight, contains chemicals with heart-inducing effects that can increase heart rate, which in turn can exhaust the heart and cause heart attacks in several documented cases by the American Medical Association. Follow the directions for use. Never take more herbal supplements than what is directed by the doctor or as instructed on the bottle. Each individual reacts differently to the components of herbal supplements. While it is perfectly safe for one individual to take in a supplement of primrose oil capsules, another person may be allergic to it. So, do not even think about downing one bottle of It has no approved curative effect. No matter how the product pamphlet or the label of the bottle sounds about how it has been found to be helpful in certain health conditions, these herbal supplements are not therapeutic. So do not substitute these for the medications prescribed by your doctor for the treatment of certain diseases, or for the maintenance of blood pressure, lowering of blood sugar and cholesterol, and fight off infections.

THE WORD

in the Bible it is written that  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Words can take you places, if you allow it in your life.
The word is powerful  and important just like  the air we breathe everyday The major thing here is that you just have to understand and appreciate the  value of the  word because without having the understanding you would not reap the benefits of words. You can see how God created everything with LET THERE BE which spring out the Existence of this World.
Words have high capacity like  siphon to draw on all the senses to produce a remarkable effect on the mind.
You can see how powerful words is when they are been spoken to us, like You are beautiful, you are handsome  and you can feel the other way round just to let you know that your word is not meaningless, hopeless and powerless.
Bright words, moody words, angry words, teary words, patient words, love words. Bring them all to work for you, your words must be appropriately attired for the right occasion .you can determine what you want your words to do in your life .
Of what benefits will you gain from your negative words and thoughts. You are responsible for your life  my dear, if you are waiting for someone to speak into your life before you can succeed sweet heart you are doom because that person doesn't know you (your greatness, your destiny or purpose on earth)  you will give account for your life no body will stand for your life or advocate for your life.
Look at yourself in the mirror any time any day and say something great to yourself everyday
Create your world by your word

LIFE IS ALL ABOUT CHOICES AND DECISION (2)

Genuine Happiness Comes from Within Life is the sweetest candy. Sometimes, when I feel like the world is just too heavy for me , I look around and find people who continued to live fascinating and wonderful lives. And then thoughts come popping into my mind like bubbles from nowhere that is how did their life become so adorably sweet?
How come they still can manage to laugh and play around despite a busy stressful life? I Then pause and observed ,I figured out that maybe, they start to work on a place called SELF .So, how does one become genuinely happy?

The main thing here is to love yourself. from my readings  and experience I got  to know  that LOVING means accepting.To love oneself means to accept that you are not a perfect being, but behind the imperfections must lie a great ounce of courage to be able to discover ways on how to improve your repertoire to recover from our mistakes.
Genuine happiness also pertains to contentment. When you are contented with the job you have, the way you look, with your family, your friends, the place you live in, your car, and all the things you now have truly, you know the answer to the question how to be genuinely happy is when we discover a small start somewhere from within, that small start will eventually lead to something else, and to something else. But if you keep questioning life why it has never done you any good, you will never be able to find genuine happiness.
I believe that life is about finding out about right and wrong, trying and failing, wining and losing sad and happy . These are things that happen as often as you inhale and exhale. Failure, in a person life has become as abundant and necessary as air. But this should not hinder us from becoming happy. How to be genuinely happy in spite all these?
I tell you every time you exert effort to improve the quality of life and your being, whether it is cleaning up your room, helping a friend, taking care of your sick pets, fail on board exams and trying again, life gives you equivalent points for that. Imagine life as a big score board like those which are used it. Every time you take a step forward, you make scoring points. wouldn't it be nice to look at that board at the end of each day months and years  and think to yourself whaow
! I got a point today this month or this year . I'm glad I gave it a shot. instead of looking at it all blank and murmur,
I didn't even hit a score today. I wish I had the guts to try out. We could have won! and then walk away. Genuine happiness isn't about driving the hottest Formula 1 car, nor getting the employee of the year award, earning the highest month pay, or beating the sales quota,wearing the latest designs, using the most expensive gadget  etc. Sometimes, the most sought after prizes in life doesn't always go to the fastest, the strongest, the bravest or not even the best. So, how do you become genuinely happy?
Every one has his own definition of happiness . Happiness for a writer may mean launching as much best selling books as possible.
Happiness for a basketball rookie may mean getting the rookie of the year award.
Happiness for a beggar may mean a lot of money.
Happiness for  a student mean success in all  exams.
Happiness for a business man may mean success. So, really now, how do we become genuinely happy?    Simple. You don't have to have the best things in this world. Its about doing and making the best out of every single thing. When you find yourself smiling at your own mistake and telling your self oh, I'll do better next time, you carry with you a flame of strong will power to persevere that may spread out like a brush fire. You possess a willingness to stand up again and try  that will make you a genuinely happy person. When you learn to accept yourself and your own faults. You pass step 1 in the project how to become genuinely happy.For as long as you know how to accept others, you will also be accepted. For as long as you love and know how to love, you will receive love ten folds back. Again, throw me that same question how to become genuinely happy?. I'll refer you to a friend of mine who strongly quoted most of us know that laughter is the best medicine to life is aches and pain. But most of us don't know that the best kind of laughter is laughter over self. Because then you won't  just become happy but you will be HAPPY  and FREE

WHAT IS LIFE..
I have some definition about life from my own dictionary

life is a puzzle  to which we must find answers

Life is a game, a game where a friend  can be your  foe and vice versa.

Life is bit awkward in which is a dice you never know which  side turns up next .

Life is a  car when it takes a wrong turn remember that you are always on the driving side.

Life is a shooting range never miss your target

Life is not bed of roses, they that live by sword  shall die by the sword.

Life is About Choices and the Decisions We Make Life is like a road. There are long and short roads; smooth and rocky roads; crooked and straight paths. In our life many roads would come our way as we journey through life. There are roads that lead to a life of single blessedness, marriage, and religious vocation. There are also roads that lead to fame and fortune on one hand, or isolation and poverty on the other. There are roads to happiness as there are roads to sadness, roads towards victory and jubilation, and roads leading to defeat and disappointment. Just like any road, there are corners, detours, and crossroads in life. Perhaps the most perplexing road that you would encounter is a crossroad. With four roads to choose from and with limited knowledge on where they would go, which road will you take? What is the guarantee that we would choose the right one along the way? Would you take any road, or just stay where you are: in front of a crossroad? There are no guarantees. You do not really know where a road will lead you until you take it. There are no guarantees. This is one of the most important things you need to realize about life. Nobody said that choosing to do the right thing all the time would always lead you to happiness. Loving someone with all your heart does not guarantee that it would be returned. Gaining fame and fortune does not guarantee happiness. Accepting a good word from an influential superior to cut your trip short up the career ladder is not always bad, especially if you are highly qualified and competent. There are too many possible outcomes, which your really cannot control. The only thing you have power over is the decisions that you will make, and how you would act and react to different situations. Wrong decisions are always at hindsight. Had you known that you were making a wrong decision, would you have gone along with it? Perhaps not, why would you choose a certain path when you know it would get you lost? Why make a certain decision if you knew from the very beginning that it is not the right one. It is only after you have made a decision and reflected on it that you realize its soundness. If the consequences or outcomes are good for you, then you have decided correctly. Otherwise, your decision was wrong. Take the risk: decide. Since life offers no guarantee and you would never know that your decision would be wrong until you have made it, then you might as well take the risk and decide. It is definitely better than keeping yourself in limbo. Although it is true that one wrong turn could get you lost, it could also be that such a turn could be an opportunity for an adventure, moreover open more roads. It is all a matter of perspective. You have the choice between being a lost traveller or an accidental tourist of life. But take caution that you do not make decisions haphazardly. Taking risks is not about being careless and stupid. Here are some pointers that could help you choose the best option in the face of life  crossroads:
*Get as many information as you can about your situation. You cannot find the confidence to decide when you know so little about what you are faced with. Just like any news reporter, ask  your  self : what, who, when, where, and why. What is the situation? Who are the people involved? When did this happen? Where is this leading? Why are you in this situation? These are just some of the possible questions to ask to know more about your situation. This is important. Oftentimes, the reason for indecision is the lack of information about a situation. *Identify and create options.
What options do the situation give you? Sometimes the options are few, but sometimes they are numerous. But what do you do when you think that the situation offers no options? This is the time that you create your own. Make your creative mind work. From the most simplistic to the most complicated, entertain all ideas. Do not shoot anything down when an idea comes to your head. Sometimes the most outrageous idea could prove to be the right one in the end.
You can ask a friend to help you identify options and even make more options if you encounter some difficulty, but make sure that you make the decision yourself in the end. *Weigh the pros and Con's of every option. Assess each option by looking at the advantages and disadvantages it offers you. In this way, you get more insights about the consequences of such an option.
*Trust yourself and make that decision.
Now that you have assessed your options, it is now time to trust yourself. Remember that there are no guarantees and wrong decisions are always at hindsight. So choose, decides believe that you are choosing the best option at this point in time. Now that you have made a decision, be ready to face its consequences: good and bad. It may take you to a place of promise or to a land of problems. But the important thing is that you have chosen to live your life instead of remaining a bystander or a passive audience to your own life. Whether it is the right decision or not, only time can tell. But do not regret it whatever the outcome. Instead, learn from it and remember that you always have the chance to make better decisions in the future.

WHY DO YOU THINK SOME PEOPLE CHANGE

When someone changes their behavior with you,  it means you have changed your own perception of them to see things differently, not necessarily the other person changing because you did something wrong or vice versa .
SOME OF THE THINGS THAT CAN CHANGE PEOPLE'S BEHAVIOR ARE:-
*Pain may sometimes be the reason why some people change.
*Getting flunked grades make us realize that we need to study. (students)
*Debts remind us of our inability to look for a source of income.
*Being humiliated gives us the push  to speak up and fight for ourselves to save our face from the next embarrassments.
*inferiority complex
*Absence of inner peace and joy
*It may be a bitter experience.
*financial problems
it might  be a friend  tragic story, a great movie, or an inspiring book that will help us get up and get just the right amount of motivation we need in order to improve ourselves. With the countless negativities the world brings about, how do we keep motivated?

Let's try  the tips I prepared from A to Z
A   
Achieve your dreams. Avoid negative people, things and places. Eleanor Roosevelt once said, the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
B
Believe in your self, and in what you can do.
C
Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.
D
Don't give up and don't give in. Thomas Edison failed once, twice, more than thrice before he came up with his invention and perfected the incandescent light bulb. Make motivation as your steering wheel.
E
Enjoy. Work as if you don't need money. Dance as if nobody ís watching. Love as if you never cried. Learn as if you will live forever. Motivation takes place when people are happy.
F
Family and Friends  are  the life greatest  treasures. Don't loose sight of them.
G
Give more than what is enough. Where does motivation and self improvement take place at work? At home? At school? When you exert extra effort in doing things.
H
Hang on to your dreams. They may dangle in there for a moment, but these little stars will be your driving force.

Ignore those who try to destroy you. Don't let other people to get the best of you. Stay out of toxic people and the kind of friends who hates to hear about your success.

Practice makes perfect. Practice is about motivation. It lets us learn repertoire and ways on how can we recover from our mistakes.

Quitters never win. And winners never quit. So, choose your fate  and ask yourself are you going to be a quitter? Or a winner?

Ready yourself. Motivation is also about preparation. We must hear the little voice within us telling us to get started before others will get on their feet and try to push us around. Remember, it wasn't raining when Noah build the ark.

Stop procrastinating,procrastination is a vision killer.
T
Take control of your life. Discipline or self control jives synonymously with motivation. Both are key factors in self improvement.
U
Understand others. If you know very well how to talk, you should also learn how to listen. Yearn to understand first, and to be understood the second.

Visualize it. Motivation without vision is like a boat on a dry land.
W
Want it more than anything. Dreaming means believing. And to believe is something that is rooted out from the roots of motivation and self improvement.

X Factor is what will make you different from the others. When you are motivated, you tend to put  on your life like extra time for family, extra help at work, extra care for friends, and so on.

You are unique. No one in this world looks, acts, or talks like you. Value your life and existence, because you're just going to spend it once.

Zero in on your dreams and go for it!!!.

FAILURE IS NOT A DISEASE

Don't see yourself as a fool when you failed in achieving your dreams.
The reality  in our society is that no body is ready  to celebrate a failure  but behind a successful man there are has been  years of failures
Do not let failure be an option. Do not be afraid of anything, including fear of failure itself. It is not failure itself  that is the biggest obstacle  on the path to success in our lives. One thing about  failure that we don't know  is that, it makes us stronger, more flexible and more  decisive, but fear of failure paralyzes one's thoughts ,vision, dreams and hinder  us  from doing  the things  required to make it on to the way of success.
One young reporter asked THOMAS  WATSON,  the founder  of IBM ,how he became  successful  and he answered  him that 'would  you like  me to give  you a formula  for success?  It's quite simple
DOUBLE  YOUR RATE OF FAILURE.
The Orville brothers had a thought about a flying machine.
Do know how many times they failed  before they were able achieved  their dreams  They took the action of sitting down to design their machine and then going out to test it.
Don't be  discouraged .

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN YOU FAILED

1 Experience

The first important lesson gained from failure is experience.
What happens when we fail? When we go through something and can walk away with firsthand experience, it helps us to develop a deeper understanding for life.
The experience of failing at something is truly invaluable. It completely alters our frame-of-mind through the induction of pain. It makes us reflect on the real nature of things and their importance in our lives, transforming and improving our future-selves.

2: Knowledge

Failure brings with it important firsthand knowledge. That knowledge can be harnessed in the future to overcome that very failure that inflicted so much pain in the first place. Nothing can replace the knowledge gained from failure.
When Thomas Edison famously failed nearly 10,000 times to create a commercially viable electric lightbulb, with each failure, he gained the knowledge of just one more avenue that didn’t work. It was the accumulated knowledge developed from nearly 10,000 failed attempts that ultimately led to his success.

3: Resilience

Failing in life helps to build resilience. The more we fail, the more resilient we become.
In order to achieve great success, we must know resilience. Because, if we think that we’re going to succeed on the first try, or even the first few tries, then we’re sure to set ourselves up for a far more painful failure.
The characteristic of resilience can help us in so many ways in life. Resilience helps to breed success by setting the game up to win. Gone are the lofty expectations that thing will happen overnight, and in comes the expectations that true success will take an enormous amount of work and effort

4: Growth

When we fail, we grow and mature as human beings. We reach deeper meanings and understandings about our lives and why we’re doing the things that we’re doing. This helps us to reflect and take things into perspective, developing meaning from painful situations.
Life is designed for us to grow and improve. From the very genetic fibers that make us into who we are as individual persons, into the fabric of society on a global scale, growth is a fundamental part of us. Without growth, we couldn’t improve life on every front.

5: Value

One of the biggest lessons that we can learn from life’s failures is the necessity to create and spread an exceedingly high amount of value. In fact, value lies at the heart of success and a lack of value is a fundamental pillar to failure.
In thinking about your past failures, think about how much value you brought to the table. Could you have offered more value? Would that have prevented failure? When you learn to create immense value, and do so consistently, you will eventually succeed.

       How to Recover from Failure
There are many ways to recover from failure. Once you understand what failure is, and how it’s meant to serve us rather than hinder us, you’ll free your mind and open your heart to experience the joy of failure.
Joy? Yes – Joy.
When we’re going through failure, it’s hard to recognize the importance of it. We can’t see the forest through the trees, so to speak, when there’s a fire threatening to burn the whole village down. But, that’s just what we have to do.
So, if you’ve failed in life, hopefully you better understand the importance of failing and failing often. But, how do you recover from failure? There are a few ways to do this.

– Ignore the Naysayers

When you fail, surely there will be the people telling you, “I told you so,” and, “You should have listened to me
Ignore those people. Ignore the naysayers.
Living a life that’s completely safe all the time, isn’t really living. If you watched J.K. Rowling’s Harvard commencement speech, then surely you walked away with a better understanding of this.
Understand that it’s Okay to Fail

One of the best ways to recover from failure is to understand that it’s quite alright to fail. If you were to conduct any one of a number of searches on the Web, you would find countless stories about failure from the world’s most successful people.
It’s okay to fail. But it’s not okay to give up.
Even if you failed and that failure was extremely painful, it’s not okay to give up. Keep failing over and over again if you have to. Keep on doing it until you succeed. Success will taste so much sweeter when you reach it.
Pushing forward and not giving up is quite possibly one of the best ways to recover from failure. Remember, it’s not true failure unless you throw in that proverbial towel and wholeheartedly give up forever.

Realize that it’s Okay to Fail

Although failure to us symbolizes pain, and we’ll do more to avoid pain than we will to gain pleasure, we have to realize that it’s okay to fail. When we realize the importance that failure has played in the lives of the most successful people, it’s far easier to reach this understanding.
Failure will take you on a journey that you might not want to go on. But, the reality of the situation is that those journeys will help to mold and shape you into a better person.
Recovering from failure becomes far more effortless with the knowledge and experience of that failure under our belts. And there’s simply no way forward in life without failure.

Using Failure as Leverage

If you’ve failed in life, you can use that as leverage to not only recover from it, but to help propel you forward in the future. Failure can be a great a platform for growth that is simply unmatched.
To leverage your failures, you have to illuminate them to your mind. Write out what you failed at and why you failed. Did you have deep enough meaning to your goals in the past? What could you have done differently?
How will you tackle those failures in the future when you’re faced with them? How will you learn from the past to help shape a bigger and brighter future?
Failure isn’t the end of the road as long as you don’t give up. If you still believe in your goals, you can use the failure as leverage to push past the old limitations of your past.

Revisit Your Goals

Did you have clear and concrete goals in the past? Did you set goals the SMARTER way? Revisit your goals from the past and look at just how clear you were with your goals. Were they precise and exact? Did you visualize them in your mind?
Sometimes, failure results from not setting goals the right way. Not only must we set goals the right way, but we must track and analyze them on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis.
To recover from failure, revisit your goals and redefine them. Spend the time necessary to analyze and adjust where necessary.

Create a Massive Action Plan

Want to recover from failure? Create a Massive Action Plan. Take your goals and lay out a plan as to how you’re going to achieve them. What will you do in the face of failure next time it rears its ugly head?
When we have a massive action plan, we have a systematic way of achieving the goals that we set for ourselves. Once we come to the realization that those goals won’t be simple to achieve, we can approach things with a more long-term frame-of-mind.
Set out a solid action plan that will help you push past the stumbling blocks of life, and watch as you slowly but surely recover from any setbacks, upsets, or failures.

INFERIORITY COMPLEX
An inferiority complex is a lack of Self-worth, a doubt and uncertainty about oneself, and feelings of not measuring up to standards.
It is often subconscious, and is thought to drive afflicted individuals to overcompensate, resulting either in spectacular achievement or extremely asocial behavior. In modern literature, the preferred terminology is "lack of covert self esteem For many, it is developed through a combination of genetic personality characteristics and personal experiences.
Also inferiority complex occurs when the feelings of inferiority are intensified in the individual through discouragement or failure. Those who are at risk for developing a complex include people who: show signs of low self-esteem or Self-worth, have low socioeconomic status, or have a history of depression symptoms.

SIGNS OF INFERIORITY COMPLEX

1. Hypocritical Attitude (H.P.): People who do not feel alright about themselves have problem feeling good about others. They would always look out for loopholes in people’s endeavours to try to convince themselves that they are not bad at all. These people cannot feel comfortable as being attractive, intelligent and competent, e.t.c., they will only have the feeling of being good provided they are only one around exuding the aforementioned qualities.

2. Tendency Towards Blaming (T.T.B.): Some people project their weaknesses onto others in order to lessen and relieving the pain of inferiority. For instance, if a person shows his weaknesses or inadequacy to others in order to prompt them to noticing it, so that his perceived incompetence can be justifiable by his short story of woe. This is just a step towards giving the responsibility of their failures to others.

3. Feeling Of Persecution (F.O.P.): when carried to the extreme, blaming others can extend to believing that others are actively seeking to ruin you. If a student fails an exam he sat, it may comfort him to believing that his teacher hates him and would do anything to hurt him. This will only allow him to avoid personal responsibility for his action.

4. Inappropriate Response To flattery (I.R.F.): This works in two forms. Some may refuse to listen to anything positive about themselves because it is inconsistent with their interior feelings. Others may be desperate to hear anything good about themselves and constantly fishing for compliments.

5. Sensitivity To Criticism (S.T.C.): Although people who feel inferior ‘know’ they have shortcomings, they do not like other people to point this out. They tend to perceive any form of criticism, regardless of how sensitively and constructively it is presented, as a
personal attack.

6. Tendency Towards Seclusion And Sensitivity (T.T.S.S.): Because people with an inferiority complex believe that they are not as interesting or intelligent as others, they believe other people have the same feeling about them. So they tend to avoid speaking up in public because they believe doing so will create an embarrassing demonstration of their awkwardness .

7. Negative Feeling About Competition (N.F.A.C.): People who have inferiority complex like to win games and contests as others, but they will always avoid such situation because deep down, they know they cannot make an head way.

WAY OUT OF INFERIORITY COMPLEX

1)  ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE IT
Some people with inferiority complex compensate their disorder with denial. When they do things out of the impulse of the complex, they compensate by denial of reality, distortion of reality, attack of reality, or retreat from reality. They do this through sour graping

2. KNOW  AND ACCEPT YOURSELF
For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.
For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. ~ Romans 12:3-6
If you have inferiority complex, you often feel either inferior to another person or incompetent to perform a task.
Don't use other people's stick to measure your gifts, for God has given you unique gifts and He created you for a unique function.
Know yourself by discovering the gifts and talents you were given , by discovering your calling, and by fulfilling your purpose.
Don't underestimate the gifts that God has given you. Through His blessings and help, you are capable of doing great things more than you can ever imagine.
Sure you have weaknesses, disabilities and limitations, but hear what the Bible has got to say about those:
He gives strength to the weary, And to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly, Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary. ~ Isaiah 40:29-31
Therefore don't hate your disabilities and handicaps, or your weaknesses and limitations. Don't let them discourage you or fuel your inferiority.
God promises to give you power and strength when you are weak and powerless. [Tweet “As long as you walk in God's will and wait for Him, He will help you conquer all your disabilities. He will help you overcome your inferiority complex.

This also applies to your beauty and physical attributes. You may fall short from the standard beauty of the world but be comforted that “the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart (1 Samuel 16:7) A gentle and quiet spirit (1 Peter 3:4) is more beautiful and precious than a perfect face, a flawless skin and a gorgeous body.

*  for me it took me long  time to know and accept myself. But by God's grace I am now comfortable, contented and happy with my gifts and looks.

2. DEVELOP YOUR STRONG POINTS.
If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead, do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully. ( Romans 12: 7-9)
The Bible tells you to use your talents, improve and develop them. Whatever it is that you can do, do it with all your might (Ecc 9:10). Develop your strong points for the glory of the Lord.
Doing something that you are naturally good at will give you joy. Doing something that you are called to do will make you inspired.
Spend no time dwelling on what you can't do. Instead, spend all your energy on what you can do, enhancing the gifts and talents that God bestowed you.

3. FORGET THE PAST
Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, ~ Philippians 3:13.
It takes time and practice. Even Apostle Paul took time to master it.
But since inferiority complex is a by-product of past experiences, to remember the pain and failures of the past would only produce regret, fear and bitterness . Stop dwelling in the past.
Let it go. Set yourself free.
Focus on what's about to come, on all the blessings that God is yet to pour, and on all the endless possibilities.
Focus too on Heavenly things. While here on Earth you're bombarded with constant competition and comparison, in Heaven all saved saints will share the spotlight equally. There will be no inferiority complex in your Father's kingdom.

4. REALIZE YOUR POSITION
I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength. ~ Philippians 4:11-13
[Tweet It's easy to feel superior when you have plenty, and to feel inferior when you have less] Your human nature wants to be the greatest. It covets what it doesn't have . It boasts when it has plenty.
But Apostle Paul's advice is to be content .
If you have a simple contented spirit, it won't burn you if your college friend makes more money than you. It won't make you inferior if she lives in a big house and you're just renting a tiny place. It won't send you to depression if others seem to have it all.
Leaning in Christ for strength will cultivate a contented spirit in you and a mindset that is confident in God's blessings and guidance.
